Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Premier Cru, Vaillons 2008 The nose combines flint and green apples. In the mouth the acidity is lively and the whole palate is alight with flavor – very nice and very long.

100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age. Estate grown, produced and bottled in Chablis 12.5% $35.99 at Bottle Barn Fevre
