Laurent-Perrier Rose

Laurent-Perrier, Champagne, Brut, Cuvee Rose nvLaurent-Perrier I’ve always admired the expression of fruit in this rose, making it one of my favorites from Champagne. The latest bottling does not disappoint, featuring a medley of cherries, strawberries and a nice thread of acidity. The precious bottle makes it a nice gift as well.

The color is created during a 2-3 day maceration of the black fruit and the wine is aged for at least 4 years. Elabore in Tours-Sur-Marne 12% purchased for $69.99 at K&L Wine Merchants Laurent-Perrier
