Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay 2007

Cullen, Margaret River, Kevin John, Chardonnay 2007 CullenThe best Chardonnay of Burgundy skillfully combine richness with vibrant acidity. Where the New World sometimes trumps this artful skill is when the two attributes above are accented by ripe fruit, as in this lovely Chardy from Cullen.

The green apple and its acidity is matched by a thick texture with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. There’s great density and the length goes on and on.  We’re looking forward to tasting this with jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon.

Produced and bottled in Wilyabrup 13.5% $75 suggested retail in the US, a media sample.
