Keuka Lake Vineyards, Finger Lakes, Gently Dry, Vignoles 2008

If you like Finger Lakes Vignolesbracing wine, this is a great choice.  There is a bevy of green apple and lime, intense acidity and a roundness achieved with a bit of residual sugar – very refreshing.

The grapes were sourced from Purple Foot Farm and Turkey Run Vineyard, both overlooking Keuka Lake. Produced and bottled in Hammondsport 12.3% $13 for the current ’09 vintage. This vintage was a gift from a friend that I have been saving for some time. Keuka Lake Vineyards
