Dry wines on the big river

Sylvain Bailly, Sancerre, La Louee (Rose) 2007 There are sweet, candied fruit characters to smell, like some lifesavers and there’s lots of vitamin C essence in the mouth, citrus and lots of acidity, very refreshing.
