Andalucian classics 2

Lustau, Sherry DO, Solera Reserva, Fino, Jarana nv The latest bottle purchased in February 2010 is coded 9180 and bottled under a Stelvin closure. The profile was was previously spot on with plenty of bruised apples and toasted almonds all the while calling out for a plate of jamon serrano by the sea. Yet this latest bottling under screwcap seems to show more volatility in addition to the classic descriptors.

The grapes are all Palomino. Bottled in Jerez de la Fronterra 15% purchased for $14.99 at Bottle Barn Emilio Lustau
