Salomon Undhof Riesling 2008

Salomon Undhof, Kremstal, Pfaffenberg in Stein, Riesling, Trocken 2008 The nose features minerality and lime. That theme continues in the mouth with great concentration, plenty of acidity, a touch of silkiness and great length – very nice.

The fruit for this wine comes from hillside terraces along the Danube by the town of Stein in the region of Kremstal. Erzeugerabfullung by the Salomon family at the Undhof estate in Stein 12% $14.49 for a 375ml bottle, purchased at Bottle Barn Salomon
