Wilson Winery, Dry Creek Valley, Carl’s Vineyard, Zinfandel 2007 Zinfandel’s black pepper signature comes through in this wine, adding complexity to the ripe fruit. Carl’s Vineyard is located in the Wilson’s Warm Springs Ranch, up at 1740 feet above the valley. Proprietors Ken and Diane Wilson.
