Navarro grape juice 2008

Navarro, Mendocino, Gewurztraminer, Grape Juice 2008

This has long been a personal favorite of mine and during our trip to Mendo in March we were treated to a new way to enjoy it. At Cafe Beaujolais the juice was made into a spritzer with soda water. Throughout the summer we repeated the scene at home, enjoying this at lunch when we desired a sense of wine without the complications. Cut it to the degree you find best, starting at perhaps a 50/50 combo, as the juice is quite sweet – deliciously so. Produced and bottled in Philo 0% alcohol $11 for a 750ml bottle at the winery Navarro
