Dujac Chambolle Musigny 2006

Dujac Fils & Pere, Chambolle-Musigny 2006 Give the wine some air to blow off a musty character and the fruit begins to emerge with notes of smoke and brambles. Give the wine another 40 minutes and the sweetness of the fruit emerges.

In the mouth there is great concentration, lots of cherry fruit and strawberries with significant acidity driving this youthful wine for a long time. There’s also a richness to this wine, a depth of flavor that makes it a gem.

Jacques Seysses and family are behind this negociant wine, purchasing fruit from colleagues in the Cote d’Or. Mis in Morey Saint-Denis 13% $73.99 at Bottle Barn Dujac
