Paul Mathew, Russian River Valley, Rose of Pinot Noir 2007 There’s cherry fruit and some spicy floral notes in the nose while the mouth of this wine has a very soft feel, some creaminess and a touch of sugar to complete the thickness. The fruit for this wine is sourced from 3 vineyards located between Graton and Occidental. The wine was made by bleeding off juice from tanks of Pinot Noir followed by fermentation in stainless only. RS is 3.64 grams per litre. P&B in Sebastopol 14.2% $10.99 at K&L
