Selbach-Oster, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Zeltinger, Sonnenuhr, Riesling, Spatlese, Trocken 2007 Another top and consistent producer from the Mosel. The fruit has a candied character and there are some spice notes. The wine has lots of acidity and full flavor development so that the fruit is out front with just a touch of RS.
