Reynoso Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Reynoso Family Vineyards, Alexander Valley, Estate Grown, Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 This is another immediately accessible Cabernet from the Reynoso family. They get texture right in the expression of suppleness that is at the same time balanced by the wine’s acidity.

While it is a pleasure to savor a sip before dinner on its own, the acidity will make it especially spot-on with the burgers topped with bacon and cheddar that I’m planning on for dinner.

Proprietors Joe and Elena Reynoso. Vinted and bottled in Geyserville, 400 cases produced 14% $24.99 at the winery, a media sample. Reynoso Family Vineyards
