Reynoso family. They get texture right in the expression of suppleness that is at the same time balanced by the wine’s acidity.
While it is a pleasure to savor a sip before dinner on its own, the acidity will make it especially spot-on with the burgers topped with bacon and cheddar that I’m planning on for dinner.
