Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc – Viognier 2008

Pine Ridge, California, Chenin Blanc – Viognier 2008 Pine Ridge WineryThe nose features melons and peaches, very fresh. In the mouth the same fruits delight with a touch of residual sugar and thirst-quenching acidity – very nice yet again. This wine has historically been a favorite of mine and this vintage is particularly fresh and fruity.

The grapes behind this wine are 81% Chenin Blanc and 19% Viognier. Produced and bottled under a screwcap closure in Oakvile 12.8% purchased for $9.99 at Bottle Barn Pine Ridge
