Chateau Suduiraut 2005

Chateau Suduiraut, Sauternes 1er Cru 2005 The nose features lots of honey, a bit of straw, tropical fruit notes and appropriate volatility. In the mouth it is thick and rich, lemony, tempered by acidity and reminiscent of a spoonful of creme caramel – yum.

This is one of the region’s top estates. 92 hectares are planted in clay and sandy soil to 90% Semillon and 10% SB, Recolte et mis en bouteilles a Preignac 13.5% purchased for $59.99 at the Wine Club in San Francisco Suduiraut
