William Fevre Chablis Montmains 2008

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Premier Cru, Montmains 2008 The nose is tight and not yet very expressive. In the mouth however, there is concentrated green apple, topped with buttery richness and plenty of acidity to provide freshness – very nice. This domaine is consistently on form and you can see that from the village through the Grand Cru wines.

100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age. Estate grown, produced and bottled in Chablis 12.5% $29.99 at Bottle Barn Fevre
