William Fevre Vaillons 2007

Written by Ray Johnson

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Premier Cru, Vaillons 2007 This wine features lots of green apple, plenty of acidity and buttery richness. There’s a silky thick quality brought on by the butter yet the balance is there with the electricity of the acidity – very nice.

100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age. Estate grown, produced and bottled in Chablis 13% $37.99 at Bottle Barn Fevre
