Justin Justification 2006

Justin Vineyards & Winery, Paso Robles, Justification 2006 The nose features crushed leaves, black fruits, cookie dough with vanilla and  sweet tobacco. In the mouth it is quite structured, tight at this point, just a baby. Yet the fruit is there to savor so if you must drink this now, consider serving a large piece of red meat on the table.

The grapes behind this right bank style of Bordeaux blend are 63% Cabernet Franc and 37% Merlot. The wine was aged in French oak for 18 months, 53% of the barrels were new. Grown, produced and bottled in Paso Robles 15% $45 at the winery for the current vintage ’07, a gift to the class from the SFCWC Justin
