Latest wine class news

Written by Ray Johnson

Hello everyone!
I’ve been immersed in producing the public tasting for the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.  With that behind me, it’s back to writing and teaching and the ink is ready to flow.

Coming up in the Saint Louis area is a technical workshop on sensory evaluation.  Here is the bulletin from VESTA at Missouri State:

VESTA is pleased to announce this year’s Wine Sensory Workshop
Featuring Ray Johnson of Santa Rosa Junior College, VESTA Instructor and Author of “Good Life Guide to Enjoying Wine,” March 13 – 14, 2009 at Chaumette Vineyards & Winery in Ste. Genevieve, MO

The cost is $150 per person (no cost to VESTA students currently enrolled in VIN 266). Please visit the website  VESTA for more information and to register (class size limited to 24 participants).

Hope to see you there!
