San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition

Written by Ray Johnson

I’ve been on a hiatus but not a vacation. For almost 2 months we’ve been preparing for this past week, the judging of over 4,700 wines at the 2009 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.  This morning Gene Burns will be discussing this year’s judging with myself and Jon Bonne, Wine Editor of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Listen to the interview live at 11:00 a.m. today, pacific time, on KGO 810 AM in the San Francisco Bay Area and live online at KGO

I’ll be reporting out more about the judging this coming week.  Stay tuned!
