In the mouth the texture is luscious, buttery with the freshness of stone fruit &#8211; very nice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/2010-Reata-Chardonnay-Carneros.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[8565]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-8570\" title=\"2010 Reata Chardonnay Carneros\" src=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/2010-Reata-Chardonnay-Carneros.jpg\" alt=\"Reata Chardonnay\" width=\"37\" height=\"89\" \/><\/a>The wine was fermented in a combination of 41% oak and the rest in stainless steel. \u00a0100% of the wine went through malolactic. 63% of the wine was aged in neutral French oak for about 9 months.
