The expected acidity was there with a filled-out palate and development of  complexity.  Again in the fall of 2008 it I swear there&#8217;s a sense of botrytis &#8211; honey for sure. The mouthfeel is luscious with a much softer acid profile than in the more taut ColleStafano.
