The nose features a combination of grass, citrus and gooseberry. In the mouth the citrus is pronounced, as if eating very ripe grapefruit sprinkled with lime and lemon. While pleasingly acidic as you might expect with the large Sauvignon component, roundness is a feature as well, given the contribution of Semillon.<\/p>\n<p>This builds a fresh theme on the famous model we know from Bordeaux, where Semillon and Sauvignon create big, complex blends.
