In the mouth, the concentration is intense, with lots of minerality, lots of acidity and great length &#8211; very nice. This wine demonstrates the intensity that the best producers deliver in the Clare Valley &#8211; Riesling that will go the distance.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes for this wine come from forty year old vines, planted by Mort Mitchell. The fermentation is all in stainless, the residual sugar is a negligible 1.7 grams per litre and the pH is down below 3, at 2.93. Winemaker and Proprietor Kevin Mitchell.
