The palate shows raisiny fruit and is very smooth and framed with acid. 50% Zin, 30% Syrah, 15% Barbera, 5% Dolcetto. Estate Grown, P&amp;B in Hopland 14.9% $ at the winery <a href=\"http:\/\/brutocaocellars.com\" title=\"Brutocao\" target=\"_blank\">Brutocao<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Paraduxx Napa Valley Red Wine 2004<\/strong><br \/>\nThis smells of sweet oak and candy. The palate follows in a ripe vein with sweeet fruit and viscosity yet with some underlying tannin for structure. 65% Zin, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Merlot, part of the Duckhorn collection of waterfowl.
