In the mouth the same fruits delight with a touch of residual sugar and thirst-quenching acidity &#8211; very nice yet again. This wine has historically been a favorite of mine and this vintage is particularly fresh and fruity.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this wine are 81% Chenin Blanc and 19% Viognier.
