The latest bottling does not disappoint, featuring a medley of cherries, strawberries and a nice thread of acidity. The precious bottle makes it a nice gift as well.<\/p>\n<p>The color is created during a 2-3 day maceration of the black fruit and the wine is aged for at least 4 years.
