The style is consistently refreshing, without being austere. We sampled the latest vintage recently while attending a Slow Food dinner hosted by the team at Quivira.\u00a0 It was a magical evening supporting the preservation of American Heritage Turkeys and the local 4-H children who raise them in Sonoma County.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this wine were grown  biodynamically. Fermentation was in  stainless and the wine aged for 6 months on the lees. Proprietors Pete  &amp; Terri Kight. Winemaker for this vintage was Steven Canter.
