In the mouth it is quite supple, a little earthy and tasting of tangy cherries. While more wordy on the label, it recognizes that the fruit hails from two of Australia&#8217;s most famous regions for Shiraz. Tasting this takes me back to both in the state of South Australia.<\/p>\n<p>The wine was aged in American oak for 20 months and bottled under a screwcap closure.
