In the mouth the cherry sensation is enlivened by a healthy dose of acidity, making this a great match for roast pork tenderloin and cherry stuffing. Our friend Ken Landis created just such a dish recently and Pinot was a lovely match. Produced and bottled in Santa  Cruz 14.5% available at the winery at a price I can&#8217;t put my finger on, a  gift to the class from the SFCWC <a title=\"Storrs\" href=\"http:\/\/storrswine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Storrs Winery<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanford, Sta. Rita Hills, Pinot Noir 2006 <\/strong>Produced and bottled in Lompoc 14.5% The current releases &#8217;08 an &#8217;09 are available for $40 at the winery. This cellar selection was rattling around for some time. from the SFCWC <a title=\"Sanford\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sanfordwinery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sanford Winery<\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"content_div-2125\">\n<p><strong>Kosta Browne, Sonoma Coast, Pinot Noir 2006 <\/strong>The nose features the scent of brown spices , sweetness of ripe fruit and vanilla too. In the mouth there is an elegant display of cherry fruit and a silky texture &#8211; very nice. Created by two of the nicest guys you will  meet in the wine business.
