In the mouth the acidity is lively and the whole palate is alight with flavor &#8211; very nice and very long.<\/p>\n<p>100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of  the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age.
