When I visited recently, she dazzled the guests with a Grilled Chicken Salad with Peaches and Avocado to pair with the 2006 Kyndall&#8217;s Reserve Chardonnay.<\/p>\n<p>Salads are often a tough dish to pair with Chardonnay yet this was a winner. By carefully building the dressing and garnishes, she managed to create a dish that echoed the flavors of the wine without overwhelming it.<\/p>\n<p>The winery and tasting room are located just north of Sebastopol on Highway 116 in Sonoma County. A new pairing will be featured each week from 4:00 &#8211; 6:00 p.m., Fridays only.
