In the mouth the concentration of fruit continues, on a structured frame. The wine is a little chewy and like with the Oso Vineyard Cabernet, the acidity carries the flavor a long way &#8211; very nice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/rutherford-bty-vineyard.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[6883]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6923 alignleft\" title=\"rutherford-bty-vineyard\" src=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/rutherford-bty-vineyard-152x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"91\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/rutherford-bty-vineyard-152x300.jpg 152w, https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/rutherford-bty-vineyard.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 91px) 100vw, 91px\" \/><\/a>The  grapes, all Cabernet Sauvignon, were sourced from a vineyard planted on the alluvial fan of the Vaca Range.
