In the mouth the concentration of fruit is evident, with buttery richness adding a sheen of slippery texture and ample green apple-like flavor and acidity for balance.<\/p>\n<p>I have to say that the Fevre wines have been quite delicious across the board. During the last 2 trips to Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne we&#8217;ve had an opportunity to explore the depth of the estate&#8217;s wines while in Chablis.\u00a0 At the same time we&#8217;ve been treated to wider distribution of the wines here at home in California.<\/p>\n<p>100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of   the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age.
