There&#8217;s equally a vast medley of flavors on the palate with plenty of backbone. The tannin and acidity make it a keeper or a perfect partner now with a thick slab of beef &#8211; long, concentrated and a winner. This is all Norton, sourced from the winery&#8217;s Kemperberg and Cross J vineyards. After fermentation, the wine spends 12 months aging in a combination of French, Hungarian and US oak. Stone Hill has established a great reputation for its work with this important grape.
