It&#8217;s also not a flabby one, but rather a red wine with structure, reminiscent of its Old World roots yet kissed by New World sunshine.<\/p>\n<p>The 2007  is reinforced by 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre, all of which is grown  biodynamically.<\/p>\n<p>The wine is aged in large casks called foudres and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
