In the mouth this Bordeaux-style blend is ripe and approachable, quite silky and ready to drink without delay &#8211; very nice.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this wine are 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec. Winemaker Erin Green.
