There&#8217;s plenty of butter and oak to please those in search of a full-on California Chard yet there is also a core of fruit and acidity providing balance and length &#8211; very rich and very nice.<\/p>\n<p>All of the wine was fermented and aged in French oak. Proprietors Don and Jennifer Hartford.
