In the mouth this wine is tight, quite acidic and at this stage just a baby. The flavor carries a long way on the palate. It is quite concentrated and makes a candidate for a long sleep in the cellar.<\/p>\n<p>This wine was vinified to the dry end of the spectrum and thus sports the word trocken on the label.\u00a0  Drinking this elicits a fond memory of visiting the estate in Kiedrich  years ago. Weil is a top producer and shows their care for quality in  even their inexpensive bottlings.Qualitatswein, erzeugerabfullung in Kiedrich 12% purchased for $24.69 at Bottle Barn\u00a0 <a title=\"Robert Weil\" href=\"http:\/\/www.weingut-robert-weil.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Weingut  Robert Weil<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Dr. Loosen, Mosel,  Urziger, Wurzgarten, Riesling, Kabinett 2007 <\/strong>This Riesling has developed a nice petrol note on top of its minerality. In the mouth that tantalizing Sweetart candy character amplifies the overt peachiness &#8211; very nice. Pair this with some lightly spicy seafood, perhaps some freshly made ceviche.<\/p>\n<p>Loosen&#8217;s  oldest vines are located here, some as old as 120 years. This wine is bottled under a screwcap closure.
