In the mouth there is a nice thread of acidity with the richness of candied tropical fruit, a little viscosity and fullness.<\/p>\n<p>The fruit is sourced  from vines with an average age of 15 years, planted 70% Sauvignon and  the rest Semillon. The wine was barrel fermented and aged 6-9 months  with regular lees stirring.
