The &#8217;07 is the same with lip-smacking acidity, green herbs of the landscape and a sense of lemon peel &#8211; good value. Mis par la cave &#8220;Les Costi\u00c3\u00a8res de Pomerols @ 34810, a coop founded in 1932 in the commune of Pomerols between Pezenas and Mont St. Clair in Sete, 320 members and 600K cases yearly production. Pomerols is just southwest of S\u00c3\u00a8te, across the Bassin de Thau. Picpoul de Pinet is one of the named cru of the former Coteaux, or in today&#8217;s parlance, one of the subregional appellations of the Languedoc. Picpoul de Pinet covers 6 communes is made only from Picpoul Blanc and not the Gris or Noir. There is skin maceration for a few hours and cold ferment in stainless.
