Fortunately, the second and third bottles have a much more vivid expression of fruit when you smell them. \u00a0In the mouth you can taste plenty of stone fruits while the acidity is balanced by a little residual sugar.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes are hand harvested from calcerous clay slopes with yields around 25 hectolitres\/hectare. The wine is fermented and aged in large old wood of 450 litres.
