In the mouth the citrus and stone fruits come through vibrantly, with acidity for zippiness and a touch of RS adding rounded richness &#8211; very nice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Bonterra-RieslingHiRes-copy.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[6339]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6343\" title=\"Bonterra Riesling\" src=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Bonterra-RieslingHiRes-copy-120x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"84\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Bonterra-RieslingHiRes-copy-120x300.jpg 120w, https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Bonterra-RieslingHiRes-copy-409x1024.jpg 409w, https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Bonterra-RieslingHiRes-copy.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 84px) 100vw, 84px\" \/><\/a>This is a great example of how acidity and sugar make great dance partners. There are 12.7 grams per litre of residual sugar but with a pH down at 2.97 amplifying the 7.1 grams per litre total acidity, balance is achieved and the dance is harmonious.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this wine are all Riesling and were certified organic. Winemaker Robert Blue.
