In the mouth the acidity is vibrant, the tannins are there yet ripe and there is a creaminess as well &#8211; very nice.<\/p>\n<p>While the wine is made down in Gaiole the old monastery and visitor center is a must-see up on the hill.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes  for this wine are 90% Sangioveto and 10% Canaiolo and are certified  organic.
