There&#8217;s a silky thick quality brought on by the butter yet the balance is there with the electricity of the acidity &#8211; very nice.<\/p>\n<p>100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age.
