You&#8217;ll also pick up a sense of the Gewurz and its traditional bitterness and Riesling&#8217;s acidity working behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this Alsatian-style blend are 42% Gewurztraminer, 32% Riesling, 26% Pinot Gris and 2% Muscat. RS is 16 grams per litre.
