In the mouth it is quite structured, tight at this point, just a baby. Yet the fruit is there to savor so if you must drink this now, consider serving a large piece of red meat on the table.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this right bank style of Bordeaux blend are 63% Cabernet Franc and 37% Merlot. The wine was aged in French oak for 18 months, 53% of the barrels were new.
