In the mouth it is muscular and youthful, quite tannic and longing for a sleep in the cellar. With 30 minutes the fruit really starts to shine &#8211; nice.<\/p>\n<p>5% of the grapes are Cabernet Franc. The wine was aged for 19 months in 100% French oak barrels.
