In the mouth the texture is supple, the fruit is ripe and an Old World sense of leather adds complexity &#8211; nice. The wine&#8217;s acidity is making my mouth water for the steak on deck. The complexity and suppleness make it ready to drink now, so open that one you have in the rack.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this Spanish blend are 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Zinfandel.
