In the mouth there is a spot on integration of oak and fruit in a supple package, the structure of Cabernet behind the scenes, supporting the wine, while the edges are polished.<\/p>\n<p>Tasting this wine reminds me of the recent visit to Spottswoode, where Cabernet is presented in a refined and sleek profile. There is magic in texture, in the way that it enhances the experience of the wine and you have that mastery of texture here in this &#8217;06 Cabernet from Sbragia.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this wine include 5% Cabernet Franc and all of grapes were grown in the famous Monte Rosso Vineyard overlooking the Sonoma Valley. The wine was aged in new French oak for 2 years.
